Mallory Feltz

Mallory Feltz grew up the youngest of four children in a highly creative family in Dayton, Ohio. Gravitating toward art forms that were surprising, challenging, and extremely tactile, she found herself packing her belongings to move to Cincinnati, Ohio to attend the sculpture department at the University of Cincinnati, in their esteemed Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning program.
The thrill of winning juried art competitions and challenge of curating shows left her wanting more. After completing her B.F.A. from UC in 2006, Mallory moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she earned her M.F.A. at Louisiana State University in Sculpture. For the last 8 years, Mallory has been exhibiting nationally at a professional level, with works shown in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, New York City, Brooklyn, Brookline (New Hampshire), Northern Kentucky, and Cincinnati. Ms. Feltz has two permanent public pieces on view, one in Hamilton, Ohio and one in Brookline, New Hampshire.
Her versatility, creative, and proficiency in a wide variety of materials earned her an Honorable Mention for the Outstanding Student Awards from the International Sculpture Center in 2007. Recently she was given a solo exhibit at The Carnegie Visual and Performing Arts Center in Covington, KY during the “Isolation and Togetherness” show.
